Raleigh-Durham Medical Group (RDMG) in the Wilmington, NC area has an exciting new opportunity for the right person! We are seeking a Physician Assistant to add to our provider team. The PA maintains focus on service to patients and demonstrates appropriate knowledge of common medical problems. The PA coordinates care with other providers appropriately and assists in seeing patients from other providers when necessary.
- Advanced Practitioner owned practice in Wilmington, NC for 20 years.
- Partnership – Buy in to partnership plan.
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
- Can be Part-time or Full-time.
- Phone call only every 5th week.
- No weekends.
- Salary base plus production plan.

Offer EKG, on-site lab spirometry and X-ray. Provide an array of services from physicals, managing diabetes, hypertension, joint injections, dermatology issues, thyroid, women’s health, minor lacerations, and children ages 2 and up. Our goal is to provide our patients with comprehensive healthcare all in one place.
*Compensation is commensurate on experience but includes an annual base salary PLUS an incentivized production component.*
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina
- 1+ years of clinical experience
